After my lesson, I went home only to find my house empty. My parents came back about an hour after I reached home and soon left for the library. As I did not want to be left alone at home, I went with them, only to wait in the car listening to a talk-show on tips for 'O' Level Chinese orals. At least waiting in the car listening to the radio is a much better option than sitting in front of the computer for another hour.
I helped to mop the floor once again, after being nagged at by my father for more than an hour. This is what I get for volunteering to mop the floor. I don't understand why he wants the floor to be mopped before I do anything else.
I did nothing much after that, spending most of my time in front of the computer, other than watching part one of Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's stone. I think I caught the movie last year but I can barely recall some parts only when I saw it again. It is either my memory failing me or I did not catch it at all. I think it is the former.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's band practice. I hope that it will be very productive and there would be less of those unwanted things that happened last Friday. I guess I have spent almost half of my time awake on the computer already and it is time to switch it off. Machines do need breaks.
Now I shall try to figure out a way to convince my parents to get the wireless home surfing system from Singnet.
